Our story
Founded by Sahra Nguyen, daughter of Vietnamese refugees, Nguyen Coffee Supply champions Vietnamese coffee that the wider coffee world long dismissed as inferior. After learning Vietnam is the second largest coffee producing country in the world yet its beans were rendered invisible, Sahra traveled to Vietnam in 2016 and built a direct trade relationship with Mr. Ton, a fourth generation farmer in the Central Highlands, to bring his green beans to the US. Launched in 2018 in Brooklyn, the company roasts weekly and is the first specialty Vietnamese coffee company in America.
